At the world’s first My Japanese Beauty Pop-Up Store, hosted by three of Shiseido’s leading cosmetics and personal care brands: sun care authority Anessa, cleansing specialist Senka, and Asian hair care expert Tsubaki, the event is held along Orchard Road (just outside Takashimaya) from now till 20 Oct.
This educational and experiential event invites the public to discover the secrets of Japanese Beauty on a multi-sensorial journey. Visitors go through an informative and interactive journey of exploring and understanding Shiseido’s illustrious 147-year heritage and the essence of Japanese Beauty.
There are detailed showcases of Anessa, Senka and Tsubaki, where fans and beauty lovers will get to see eight historical products, including first-generation Tsubaki’s Classic Shampoo and Conditioner, Anessa’s Sunscreen Milk, and Senka’s Perfect Whip, all flown straight out of Japan for the first time from the Shiseido Corporate Museum.
The pop-up includes high-tech digital touchpoints that are intuitively triggered by your footsteps to deliver sound, music and animation. Visitors are also treated to customised collagen tea and interactive product-discovery experiences.
The best part is visitors can use Watsons’ shopping app to scan QR codes for product descriptions and add items to their carts. After checking out online, Watsons will deliver your shopping to you within the next few days. Items can also be purchased on the spot from the on-site store or a cashless vending machine!
